Here's what you need to know...
The Vomberg Trumley scholarship has been in existence since the early 1960s, and during that time has awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships to deserving students who plan to further their education at a college/university or trade school.
The Vomberg Trumley Foundation Scholarship is awarded in part based on financial need.
Application deadline is May 1 for both new (high school seniors) and renewal (received scholarship in the past). Both applications can be found on the Application page of this site
The Vomberg Trumley Foundation Scholarship is a scholarship available only to students who reside in Eaton County, Michigan and attend one of the schools listed below. The students' residence address must be in Eaton County in order to apply for this scholarship.
This is a renewable scholarship and will follow the recipient throughout their college/university/trade school education. So long as the Vomberg/Trumley scholar remains in good academic standing the scholar may apply each year for renewal of the scholarship (it is not an automatic renewal). Past Vomberg/Trumley scholars have even received assistance in completing graduate degree programs.
If selected as a potential recipient, you will be expected to attend an interview either in person, over the phone or virtual.
Documents including FAFSA EFC, Financial Award Letter and Transcripts need to be made available in a timely manner
